Before the 2015/16 season kicks off, Chris Hughton of Brighton & Hove Albion wants to have his team fully assembled and prepared for any obstacle that this squad might have to face. Chris Hughton wants to rebuild his team but he wants to do this without spending a significantly large portion of money during the summer transfer window.
Hughton and his players managed to avoid being relegated just barely but what Hughton is hoping to accomplish is to improve his team and get them to a point where the possibility of being at the risk of being relegated from the English League Championship is miniscule.
One of the players that Chris Hughton wants to sign is AlirezaJahanbakhsh of NEC Nijmagan. Alireza is a 21 year old winger from Iran and in order to secure his services, a bid in the region of €1.5 million will have to be done.
Stephen Ward of Burnley is another player who has entered the radar of Chris Hughton. The 56 year old manager of Brighton, Chris Hughton revealed details concerning his current situation and how he is hoping to use the funds which are available to him.
Hughton spoke during a press conference and said: “Yes, there are funds available. What I am conscious of and what we have to be conscious of as a club is Financial Fair Play. We also have to be conscious that in anything we do we want value-for-money. I don’t think it’s right and appropriate that you are splashing out willy-nilly.It has to be done in a structured way and a value-for-money way but there are funds available and it’s about how we can use them.”
Chris Hughton will face competition from Celtic as the Scottish club is also interested in signing AlirezaJahanbakhsh, the club that launches a better offer or the one who acts faster in the summer transfer window will have a better chance in signing the 21 year old Iranian player.
